Neylo — Where Talent Meets Opportunity
The social discovery platform for grassroots sport: athletes create, scouts discover, clubs recruit.
What Neylo Is
Bridging the gap between talent and opportunity in grassroots sport
The Problem
Talent → Visibility → Recruitment pipeline is fragmented
Athletes lack exposure beyond local networks
Scouts can't be everywhere at once
Clubs overspend on limited scouting networks
Fans miss discovering tomorrow's rising stars
The Solution (Neylo)
A video-first social platform for grassroots sport
Turns players into content creators
Gives scouts a powerful discovery engine
Creates the widest, searchable grassroots talent database
Built on fairness, accessibility, and performance—not popularity
How Neylo Works
Three simple steps to revolutionize grassroots sport discovery
Create
Athletes upload raw match clips or verified footage. AI automatically turns long games into highlight reels.
Evaluate
A spectrum-based rating (1.0–10.0) + reaction tags produce a multi-dimensional merit score (not likes).
Discover & Connect
Scouts filter by age, position, region, performance. Shortlist, DM, and request trials.
Built for fairness and meritocracy: visibility based on skill—not clout.
For Everyone
Social engagement equates to real opportunity
For Athletes
Be seen by real scouts, not just followers
Live Talent Feeds
Discover rising stars in real-time

Our Story
Neylo exists to unlock a new level of discovery in sport. Too often, talent is hidden by geography, privilege, or outdated scouting systems. We're here to change that.
Built by three founders who grew up seeing players go unnoticed, Neylo blends the fun of social media with the power of professional scouting. Athletes become creators, fans engage with grassroots, and scouts find the right talent in minutes.
Our mission is simple: make sport development more accessible and more exciting — where talent truly meets opportunity.

FAQ
Common questions about Neylo
Is this for pros or amateurs?
Neylo is built for grassroots sport - from local club players to academy athletes. Our focus is on talent discovery at the foundational levels where most scouting gaps exist.
How does the rating system prevent popularity bias?
Our algorithm weights verified scouts' ratings more heavily than fan votes, includes recent performance boosts, and uses AI to detect manipulation attempts. Merit is based on performance metrics, not social media following.
How do Scout Stars work?
Scout Stars (Bronze/Silver/Platinum) are awarded by verified scouts to signal interest levels. They help athletes understand genuine scouting interest versus casual profile views.
How do you handle minors & rights?
We have strict GDPR compliance, parental consent processes, and privacy protections for under-18 athletes. All content requires appropriate permissions and can be managed by parents/guardians.
When is the app launching?
We're currently in beta with select clubs and scouts. Public launch is planned for Q2 2024. Join our waitlist to be notified of early access opportunities.
